Is there a room block available?
Yes. Please contact us by Thursday, May 7 if you are interested in reserving a room.
Where should guests park?
Complimentary valet parking is available at the hotel’s south drive entrance. To access, drive north on Columbus Drive from Randolph Street—the entrance will be on your right just before the CVS pharmacy. A self-pay, self-park covered garage is also available on-site.
What time should guests arrive?
Cocktails and appetizers begin at 6 PM.
What should I do when I arrive?
Please proceed to the check-in station for your assigned reception—Partners in Science (upstairs) or JBK (main level). Stay tuned for your reception invitation. Our team will be available to assist with any questions and help you get oriented for the evening.
During check-in, you may also purchase a ticket for Savor for Science, a chance to win one of 100+ curated prizes, including fine wines, craft spirits, and restaurant and Abt gift cards. Every ticket receives a prize. Savor for Science will take place in the JBK reception space.

What is the dress code?
The attire for the evening is cocktail attire. Guests typically wear suits or sport coats, and cocktail dresses or dressy separates. We encourage you to dress for a festive and polished evening.
